    Ten years after the bookinist race in the “Hell of Aschau”, contenders from the design and furniture industries met again. This time in front of a paradisiacal beach backdrop at the outdoor pool in Aschau, not far from the company headquarters. An obstacle course had to be overcome with a Pressed Chair racing pedal boat. The opponents: the other racing team and the stopwatch. Except for boarding the opposing boat, everything was allowed: ramming, jostling, blocking passage through tactical drinking breaks. The lifeguards were on constant alert. If that was too nerve-wracking, one could end the evening at the Festhalle in a relaxed atmosphere and have the latest furniture inventions from Moormann presented in the showroom.
