Now he’s stacking up as well! First it was the Tagedieb among his bed colleagues, who made a reputation for himself as the speedy assembler of his individual parts. Then he has literally topped that: with Tagedieb stacking bed.
Clamped around the corner
Brackets of precisely bent and powdered steel hold the side elements of this bed together. At the same time they become the characteristic design feature of this bed. A fold in the brackets holds both beds in a stacked state in an exact position above each other.

Self-explanatory
Four brackets that hold together the side elements of a bed. We love it when things are self-explanatory At the same time the bed can be dismantled into small parts, be dispatched as a flat pack and furthermore cuts a fine figure. In this respect Carmen Buttjer‘s design captivated us from the outset. The only question is: Why did we not think of it ourselves?

Our Tagedieb comes in the classic version or as a practical and space-saving stacking bed. On top of each other, beside each other, under one another - what’s your preference?

Material Properties and Care
FU Black (birch plywood)
Material properties:
Several birch veneers are cross-glued, creating a material with a high level of dimensional stability. Generally our birch plywood panels are surface-coated or oiled. They are produced in Finland. The slowly-growing trees in the Finnish climate create fine-grain wood of consistently high quality. The following properties can occur: knot inclusions on the edge and possibly different edge colors (image 1), inclusions, glossy stripes or matt areas on the surface (image 2 and 3).
Cleaning and care:
Light surface soiling on the untreated edges can be removed using fine-grain sandpaper. Coated surfaces can be cleaned using a soft cloth with lukewarm water and a small amount of colourless washing-up liquid. Please only wipe oiled surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and as necessary treat with colourless oil.

The color of the brackets cannot be selected individually. We combine Light Grey with FU White and Anthracite with FU Black.
Mattress and slatted frame are not included in delivery.
Tagedieb and Tagedieb Stacking Bed cannot be combined.
